Frequently asked Questions

Do you have card facilities available?


Yes we do.
We have Yoco Card machines and you can pay via card.
Please request your secure payment link if you wish to make payment this way.
You may also settle your remaining balance (50% of your order) upon collecting your order (if you wish to collect).

 

How quickly after I made payment can I expect to get my order?


We dispatch orders every business day (Mon-Fri), except for Public Holidays.
If your payment clears
before 11:00 AM, we always strive to process and dispatch your order the same day.
Otherwise, your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as the payment reflects in our business account, on that business day.
Feel free to send us a proof of payment (POP) to help us start preparing your order asap.

Courier
delivery typically takes 1-4 working days, depending on your location. For most areas, delivery is 1-2 days, but please allow up to 7 working days for very remote rural areas or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
 

Can I collect my order, send my own courier or driver?


Yes, most certainly!
You're more than welcome to collect your order or arrange your own courier/driver if you prefer.

Our location is pinned on Google, and your formal invoice will also include our physical address.
We're based on a smallholding on the outskirts of Heidelberg, GP.

Important to Remember:
* Please ensure you receive a confirmation from us
before collecting your order or sending your own courier/driver.
* We will confirm once your order has been processed and packed.
* If you're arranging your own courier, please send us the
waybill well in advance so we can attach it to your order, ready for collection.

No EFT or Cash payments are accepted on-site.
- ONLY card payments are accepted to settle outstanding balances (if any), upon collection.
No order will be handed over until payment is reflected in our account.
 

Do you have a physical / walk-in shop?


While we'd love to welcome you to a physical shop, we're not quite equipped with a walk-in store just yet.
Right now, we're focused on growing our online presence and working on creating all the 'WoW' moments for our customers.
Everything takes time, effort, and resources.

For now, we're all about online convenience, bringing products straight to your door!

Why are your Main Website and Shop URL's different?


Because our Website is with a South African Service provider (Afrihost) and our Shop is with an International Service provider (Wix).
After we have spend month's designing our E-commerce shop (website), it couldn't do what we wanted for our online shop section. We therefore had to resort to designing our shop section using a different platform. We linked the two with our .co.za domain.


dragonflyorganicliving.co.za & shop.dragonflyorganicliving.co.za are both legally and rightfully ours.
We are looking into the option of having only 1 platform in future.
