Eureka Mills Rye flour is 100% rye: it is not blended with wheat flour. Rye is naturally lower in gluten than wheat flour and it has a higher proportion of soluble fibre than other flours, therefor rye flour is good for your digestive system.
Rye flour handles differently from wheat flour, so don’t be alarmed if your bread dough is more sloppy than what you are used to – this is normal.
